Channel Fish produces a wide variety of raw and breaded seafood portions in our Boston Facility.
We take fillets, fillet portions and processor blocks and “add value” to them by enrobing them in a selection of different breadings, batters, dusts or glazes. Or you can try the "au natural" (plain).
The number of products which can be produced is virtually unlimited, but some of the industry standards include - Fish squares, rectangles, sticks, loins, formed products, diamond cuts, fillets and fillet portions.
In addition we add value to shrimp, scallops and calamari amongst others.
Contract processing is our forte – if you have a special project, we at Channel can offer you the flexibility to quickly bring your desired products to completion.
