Maple is a favorite fall flavor that, when paired with Salmon, will quickly become one of your prized dishes this autumn and winter.  If you love salmon and also love the natural sweet taste of maple, this Maple Glazed Salmon may be one recipe you will want to make over and over again.

This is an extremely easy recipe that can be prepared rather quickly and with only a few ingredients. Maple Glazed Salmon 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (minced) 
  • 1/4 Cup of Garlic Salt 
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Black Pepper 
  • 1 Pound of Salmon

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. 
  • Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. (Source: Allrecipes)
